Parent Teacher Organization
Bellevue PTO is a parent led organization that works with the teachers and staff of BES to raise funds to provide additional learning materials and experiences for the students. We do just one fundraiser in the fall of each year to be able to pay for field trips, teacher requests for their classrooms, and playground upgrades. We also organize three big events each year, one for the girls, one for the boys, and one for the whole family with little to no cost.
We would love to have you join us for a meeting or just reach out and let us know you would like to volunteer time or talents to our school.

Watch D.O.G.S.
What is WATCH D.O.G.S.?
WATCH D.O.G.S. (Dads Of Great Students) is an innovative program focusing on education and safety in schools by using the positive influence of fathers and father-figures to:
- Provide positive male role models for the students demonstrating, by their presence, that education is important
- To provide an extra set of eyes and ears to enhance school security & reduce bullying
-
The mission is to improve the well-being of children by inspiring and equipping men to be more effectively involved in the lives of children.
-
YOU- fathers, step-fathers, grandfathers and father-figures get to be a hero for the day and impact the lives of the children in our school and community!
Who are WATCH D.O.G.S.?
Dads Of Great Students (D.O.G.S.) are fathers and father-figures (grandfathers, uncles and other male adults) who are asked to spend at least one day a year at their student’s school volunteering as a positive role model.
-
These men actively engage with not only their student(s) but the entire student body.
-
On the day of their participation, Watch D.O.G.S.:
-
Participate in a short orientation with a WATCH D.O.G.S. representative
-
Are given a daily schedule of responsibilities
-
Wear their WATCH D.O.G.S. t-shirts to be easily identified as an approved volunteer for the program (given on the first day of volunteering)
-
In order to be a Watch D.O.G. you must attend EITHER "Pizza Night" or "Donuts with Dad" each and every school year. This includes our past "D.O.G.S." as well as any new incoming "D.O.G.S."
